Return & Refund Policy – Lexoka Lights

At Lexoka Lights, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please carefully review the following Return & Refund Policy before placing an order. By purchasing from Lexoka Lights, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Important Notice — Damage Claims
Damage or Defective Items Must Be Reported Within 3 Days of Delivery
Customers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery. Any item received damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing parts must be reported to Lexoka Lights within 3 calendar days from the delivery date.
Failure to notify us within this period may result in the claim being denied.
To file a claim, customers must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photographs of:
- Outer packaging
- Shipping label
- Damaged area/product
- Brief description of the issue
Approved damage claims may qualify for:
- Replacement parts
- Full product replacement
- Partial refund
- Store credit
The resolution method will be determined solely by Lexoka Lights after reviewing the submitted evidence.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing, production, packaging, or shipment preparation stages and therefore cannot be canceled.
Custom-made, personalized, made-to-order, or special-order products cannot be canceled once production has started.
Lexoka Lights reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests submitted after the permitted cancellation window.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The return request must be approved by Lexoka Lights
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- The item must be returned in original packaging
- All accessories, hardware, manuals, and included materials must be returned
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Returned items showing signs of installation, use, modification, damage, or missing packaging/accessories may be rejected or subject to partial refund deductions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless received damaged or defective:
- Custom-made lighting fixtures
- Personalized products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse
- Items returned without authorization
- Used or installed products
- Products returned without original packaging
Return Authorization Required
Customers must contact Lexoka Lights before returning any item.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.
Approved returns will receive return instructions and the designated return address.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage fees are non-refundable
For refused deliveries or failed delivery attempts caused by the customer, additional shipping and handling charges may apply.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, Lexoka Lights will notify the customer regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law
Lexoka Lights reserves the right to apply reasonable restocking, handling, or damage-related deductions where applicable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank regarding processing delays
If you still have not received your refund after completing the above steps, please contact our support team.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Lexoka Lights directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks, including disputes for delivered products, may be challenged with:
- Delivery confirmation
- Tracking information
- Customer communications
- Proof of order fulfillment
Lexoka Lights reserves all legal rights regarding fraudulent payment disputes.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery after shipment without approved authorization:
- Shipping costs
- Return shipping fees
- Carrier penalties
- Customs charges
- Handling costs
may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Limitation of Liability
Lexoka Lights shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Customs clearance delays
- Installation costs
- Electrician fees
- Consequential or incidental damages
- Delays caused by force majeure events
Customers are responsible for ensuring product compatibility, dimensions, voltage requirements, and installation suitability before purchase.
