  • 7–12 business days for production and preparation before shipment.

Production timelines may vary depending on product specifications, materials, seasonal demand, or supplier availability.


Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, estimated delivery times are generally:

  • 7–18 business days for most destinations

Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Lexoka Lights offers Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, reshipping fees may apply.

Delayed Shipments

Lexoka Lights shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  • Customers must contact the carrier directly
  • Customers should check with neighbors, building management, or local post offices

Lexoka Lights may assist with carrier investigations where possible but does not guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.


Damaged Shipments

Damage Claims Must Be Reported Within 3 Days of Delivery

Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.

Any damaged, defective, or incorrect item must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Claims submitted after this period may be denied.

Damage reports must include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of:
    • Product damage
    • Packaging
    • Shipping label

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in claim rejection.


Shipping Address Changes

Shipping address modifications may only be possible before the order enters processing or shipment preparation stages.

Once shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for any additional carrier fees associated with rerouting shipments.


Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without prior authorization from Lexoka Lights:

  • Original shipping costs
  • Return shipping fees
  • Carrier penalties
  • Customs charges
  • Handling fees

may be deducted from any eligible refund.


Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on:

  • Warehouse availability
  • Product type
  • Supplier location
  • Packaging requirements

Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.


Limitation of Liability

Lexoka Lights shall not be liable for:

  • Carrier-related delays
  • Customs delays
  • Delivery failures beyond our control
  • Installation delays or contractor scheduling issues
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays
